The location is ideal, right on the sea and in the city center. The staff are really kind and friendly. The rooms need refreshing. When you’re in the pool you can see people walking on the sidewalk, which can be annoying. The fridges don’t cool properly, some air conditioners in the rooms are defective, and extra beds are left in the hallways.

The location is fine. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly. Even though the staff tried to fix it once, water kept leaking out like a running tap. I also had to wait three days just to get my invoice issued, despite requesting it multiple times via both email and phone.

The hotel was really conveniently located near the marina, which was great since we were only staying for one night on our way to Leros. However, the receptionist had a weird attitude towards us, saying that our booking rate was too cheap and not actually valid. I think they gave us a subpar room on the ground floor because the hotel was empty, and the room wasn't very clean, with old furniture and a TV that didn't work.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the location was spot on and the staff were super friendly. It was also a great value for the price I paid. That being said, the hotel could use some renovations to bring it up to date. Overall, I was happy with my stay.
