Our family-friendly stay was a huge success, thanks to the hotel's excellent amenities, including a waterslide, amusement park, and kids' corner.
This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, or even a romantic getaway or a trip with friends.
The food was delicious

“Very outdated hotel with bad value for money”
The staff were nice. The building is quite old, there’s a bad smell in the rooms and hallway, the gym, and the whole facility is very outdated.
“منتجع راقي والخدمة ممتازة”
I liked the cleanliness of the accommodation and the food was excellent; the rooms were comfortable and clean. The event times were close to the night‑life city’s schedule, only two hours were available.
The service was friendly and the food and drink selection plentiful. The beach is close by. The pools are pretty and clean. The entertainment was weak, with no evening programs for guests, and the music and dancing were lacking.
It was normal. There was a short‑circuit.
“Staff 0”
I usually try to keep my reviews upbeat, but this stay forced me to be honest. The building itself is gorgeous, yet the staff left a bad taste. When we first arrived, the front desk was manned by a receptionist named Kenan (or Kan, I can’t recall). He was shockingly rude, telling us to wait in an unfriendly tone and saying he’d call us when he decided. After a long wait, I approached the luggage porter, showed him our room number, and he surprised me by saying he’d never been informed and immediately escorted us to the room. Another issue was the laundry service. We left a few items for cleaning and put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door because our little one naps in the afternoon. Despite that, we heard chatter outside and then the room phone rang. The receptionist snapped at me, telling me to go to the door because the laundry was ready. I thought they’d just left it outside, but when I opened the door, staff who didn’t speak English tried to enter our room, claiming they’d mixed up our laundry. I’d sent one shirt, one pair of trousers, and two tops, yet they only brought back a shirt and a pair of shorts that weren’t even ours, trying to figure out whose clothes they were. During all this, my child woke up and started crying. Some staff may not speak English, but the front desk should understand “Do Not Disturb” means no knocks or phone calls, especially when guests have clearly requested privacy. Apart from these incidents, the hotel was nice, but the poor attitude of the reception staff and a few other employees really ruined the experience.
