I stayed in the room on the 4th floor with a balcony, which offered a nice view and was the best room in the hotel, bathed in natural light. It’s a quiet spot, centrally located near the beach and good restaurants, and the hotel stays clean. The family who runs it is helpful and speaks a little English.

I had a fantastic stay here! The place is run by a lovely family who went above and beyond to make me feel at home and help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—great for exploring the area while still being peaceful. The room was absolutely great, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Le gérant était très sympathique et avenant, la propreté de la chambre très spacieuse avec plafond haut. Possibilité de louer le scooter sur place avec un très bon tarif. Rien à signaler.

The location is great, just a stone's throw from the beach. Try to snag one of the upper‑floor balcony rooms for the amazing views. A convenience store is next door and everything else is within walking distance. The family who run the place are lovely. This was my third stay at Sao Mai and I'll definitely stay again. The shower unit could use a cleaning.
