Everything was great; the location is just a one‑minute walk from the sea and, from what I saw, every room has its own balcony.
“Deludente”
The spot was fine, yet I ended up with the last double room available and was placed on the ground floor. We couldn’t sleep past 6:45 am because the room was right next to staff entrance, the elevator and the stairs, and very close to the reception. Every time someone opened the service door the guestroom door slammed, we heard anyone coming down the stairs (you could count the steps), and at 6:45 we heard the cleaning ladies moving around. After the first night I mentioned this to the receptionist, who told me “ma’am, it’s an economy‑accessible room.” That answer was worse than the noise—do €200 a night really deserve that? And do disabled rooms count for less? That room should not be given to anyone.
We had a great stay, the staff were always helpful and the room felt cozy, and the cleanliness was flawless—kudos for the impeccable hygiene and housekeeping.

The staff’s courtesy, especially Filippo’s attentiveness to customers at breakfast, was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, though the room was nice and the buffet was rich.
