“Lacks kerb appeal”

The rom was nice, good size, but needs a little maintenance location was good, but noisy traffic on the last day - Monday from early morning, trucks using air brakes etc. Driving, up, it has no kerb appeal, you just about thinking off driving off, needs some serious maintenance outside, the gardens are over grown, driveway full of pop holes and I would say the place hasn't seen a paint brush.since it was built
