“Better responsible staff”

The room was comfortable and consistently clean, yet each night my wife or I had to descend to the main desk and request that the staff either call the room above us or go up themselves to ask the occupants to stop pounding on the floor; the occupants above were either a family with small children or a family with no overactive child, and our request was ignored by the staff on all three nights, leaving the noise to continue and undermining our comfort and sleep—an oversight that made visiting friends exhausting
