The location is prime, so nearby attractions are easy to reach. I lost my mobile in the hotel, and the staff didn’t cooperate or take responsibility for helping me find it, claiming it was lost in my own room.

The room and bed were good. However, there was no window or proper ventilation, and the TV didn’t work because of an unpaid dish/cable fee.

Excellent, the best hotel. Everything was fine.

The hotel’s policies were unclear; during check‑in they didn’t allow me to do something, and the policy should have been highlighted in bold letters during booking.
