I had low expectations because of the location, yet this place was the worst I’ve ever stayed at; I’m writing this so no one falls for the misleading photos and description. The so‑called city views were actually just the building opposite, and the listing promised a fireplace, tea and coffee maker, hypoallergenic bedding, free toiletries, a shower, slippers, a TV, and tiled floors – none of which were present: the shower was filthy, the bedding was dirty and stained, the TV was broken, there was no fireplace, no tea or coffee maker, no hypoallergenic bedding, no slippers, and the tiles in the entry and bathroom were very dirty. The advertised mini‑market, daily housekeeping, coffee shop, hairdresser, and beautician were all missing, and our rooms were never touched during our stay. There was also no kitchen. We booked two rooms, but neither matched the photos. The main issue was not just misleading descriptions but the absolute filth: the bedding didn’t feel or smell freshly laundered, my pillow had a black smudge like someone slept with mascara on, the pillows were old and stained, the floors and ceilings were filthy, a pipe ran from the ceiling to the floor in the bathroom opening onto tiles with a drain at the corner, the bathroom floor was perpetually wet, one room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were no toiletries so we had to ask for toilet paper, we booked four nights but left after three, and when we told the man at reception we were checking out early he was unpleasant and told us to go to bookings.com.
