A taxi driver was told there was no electricity or water when we arrived, yet we were still allowed to stay. The trip was a waste of money and we were left in Delhi late at night without any accommodation booked, and no refund was offered. The experience feels like a scam.

The room was infested with cockroaches, dirty, and the staff were unfriendly. A bed spring was protruding from the mattress. The hotel was an absolute disgrace.

I had to climb two narrow, high stairs to reach the reception on the second floor, which was a big struggle for me as a cardiac patient; no one had mentioned this beforehand. When I tried to cancel, the staff only gave me a contact number and told me to handle it with management, who never responded to any message. The room was full of cockroaches, and the cleanliness was zero. The location was terrible, even OLA would not pick me up. This hotel should not be operating.
