The location was more than ideal, right in the centre / pedestrian zone, and parking was available in the adjacent parking garage. The hotel felt incredibly cozy and charming, the rooms were delightful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We slept better than we had in a hotel in a long time. The sound of the public fountain in front of the hotel at the square was very pleasant and soothing. The on‑site restaurant on the ground floor with a garden was great, and everything tasted so good. I drank the best champagne I had ever been served. The housekeeper and her daughter were unbelievably friendly and made us feel like family.

We were prevented by an emergency. Even though we reported the emergency four days before our booked arrival, we were fully charged for the two nights.
