Everything at the hotel was perfect—the service, the staff, everything. Unfortunately, the road from the highway to the hotel is very bad; it’s only 300 m but extremely dangerous for a car.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the road to get there was very bad.

The garden was nice, but the pools didn’t look clean. One pool wasn’t cleaned, the other had no visible filtration and the water was stagnant—no swimming possible. The whole hotel is old; it used to be a nice place. There was no hot water in the bathroom.

I only stayed for a short while, so I don't have much to say about the hotel. However, the pool looked uninviting, and the rooms seemed dated. It's possible that I just caught the hotel on a bad day, but I wouldn't want to risk it.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The culinary delights offered by the hotel's restaurant were a highlight of my trip, with each dish showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. I was also impressed by the hotel's genuine care and concern for my well-being, particularly when I mentioned my medical needs.
