I was lucky to have a stunning lake view and a room that was perfect. However, the property’s policy of “paying double” for the room was a major let‑down. I had booked a month in advance expecting a discount, but was charged extra without the deposit being included, and I doubt I’ll ever recover that money. It’s a frustrating lack of transparency that ruined my trip, even though the property itself is great. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time for clearer pricing.
