Summary of this review
The customer service chat was really helpful, but the reception desk was a bit less friendly, especially the staff at the spa who seemed really grumpy. On the plus side, my room was super spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for cooking. However, if you don't have a car, you're in for a tough time - it's a 15-minute drive from Bansko and the paid shuttle to the ski lift has annoying hours. The pool and jacuzzi weren't exactly scorching hot either.

Honestly, the heating situation was pretty bad - we had to rely on an old converter that ended up breaking. We ended up having a freezing night, huddled under five blankets each.
