“Lovely Ibiza stay”
The location is convenient, close enough to walk into town and to the beach, and the pool is a decent size. The only issue was that the instructions for operating the safe were incorrect, so I had to return to reception to learn how to use it.
“Basic but comfortable”
The beds were super comfy and the spot was spot-on for us, and Carolina at reception was a real lifesaver, friendly and helpful. The patio door lock was busted, the room 319 safe didn’t work, and it got a bit noisy at night.
“Parfait”
Very clean, great location. Maybe the pool, because it was too shady early on.
“Clean but basic hotel, good location”
The location, price, pool, and cleanliness were all good. However, the room and bathroom were very basic. I also ran into a booking issue: when they tried to collect my deposit there wasn’t enough money in my account, so they promised a retry in 24 hours. I added funds, but they never retried and simply cancelled the reservation. When I called, they told me I needed to update my card, not just top up the account. I asked to rebook, but they said nothing could be done. Two rooms were still listed as available, so I rebooked the same room but it cost €100 more for three nights, and the hotel offered no compensation.
“Hotel a mejorar”
The hotel has no elevator, which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The cleanliness is poor: a dead fly was hanging on the hallway wall in the rooms and had been there since we arrived; the bins are not emptied—after I threw out a yogurt on the first day it was still there four days later. The shower has almost no pressure, just four droplets; the towel rack and paper holder were broken and kept falling. The shower head is dirty and would leave a mess even with a single sponge. The hotel would need a major renovation, which would be very expensive for what it is.
