“Over ok”
The location is convenient for the subway, but the air conditioning wasn't powerful enough and some items were missing, like a kettle, a brushing mug, and there was only one stool.

The hotel’s location made it easy to get around, but the room lacked certain amenities; the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, though it improved after a while. There was no laundry service in the hotel.

No positives. The room was not cleaned.

The room and bathroom were spacious, but this is a Benikea franchise hotel that isn't listed on the website. If I had known it was Benikea, I wouldn't have booked. All Benikea beds are so hard they feel like sleeping on the floor. After seeing it was a Benikea-owned hotel, I wanted to cancel, but thought a Seoul location might be better than the other Benikea places I've stayed at. It wasn't. The beds here are rock hard too. I canceled 20 minutes after check‑in, but the hotel refused a refund. If you want a comfortable bed, don't stay here; you'd be better off sleeping on the ground.

The staff were very friendly and kept our luggage while we went to Busan; a good place in Seoul.
