They gave me the best room in the hotel, while my companions got a pretty shabby one. They had forgotten our reservation and had to rush the rooms, luckily the hotel wasn’t full.

Only the reception met expectations and breakfast was decent. In the bathroom the sink drained straight into a bucket, a constant sewage smell filled the place, and the overall value for money was terrible – the stay and meals cost far above average.

Easy to reach with parking right across the street. The room was spacious and the restaurants nearby. The hotel was under renovation in the common areas. The room’s furnishings were barebones. The shower room was broken – the sink poured into a bucket, the shower hose was punctured, the toilet leaked, and the bed lacked a sheet between the mattress and blanket. Windows were not insulated, and the bathroom window was blocked by a plastic bag. A night cost 500 MAD, too expensive.

The staff were very friendly and the duvet was new. The bathroom had a weird toilet setup, and the light was only above the shower head, which felt unsettling.

Almost perfect satisfaction: the room was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and friendly, and there was a lock‑up garage right below the hotel for motorcycle parking. Breakfast was tasty.
