The service was top‑notch—Miss Sarah at reception was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Mr Olsi and his crew went the extra mile, even whipping up a special dish that wasn’t on the menu. The only hiccup was a broken TV, but they fixed it before we left. Overall, a memorable stay thanks to the staff’s effort.
