The location is great; I’ve stayed here before and it was much better. The chemicals stank, stopped me from sleeping, and were really bad—stung my eyes, caused a cough and sore throat, never experienced that before. Not good.

The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally quiet.

The staff were kind and available, but the hotel was in poor condition and needs a refresh.

The place was close to all amenities and very clean. The room had no drawers for clothes, only a couple of coat hangers. Tea and coffee facilities were handy, but the cups were too small. Dining‑area service could be better.
