How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The quiet neighborhood was close to the station, making travel easy. There were a supermarket and convenience stores nearby, and the place was spacious for the price, so it felt good for a group. Being able to use the space alone was also convenient. The bedroom on the second floor has a tatami smell that might take some getting used to for those unfamiliar with it; otherwise there’s nothing bad, but the steep stairs and lack of a microwave were a let‑down.

The property is a traditional Japanese house with futons on the top floor. The narrow stairs were as expected for a Japanese home. The ground floor has a TV, dining table, cooking facilities, a washing machine, a bathroom, and a toilet. The heater works well 👍 The place is close to Naka Itabashi Station and convenient stores like 7‑11 and Family Mart, plus grocery, fish, veges and fruit shops. A car‑rental office where we rented an MPV to Kawaguchiko is just 2 minutes away 😃 I wish the property had wifi and cups and plates, but since shops are nearby we bought everything we needed.

The accommodation sits in Yayoi‑cho, Itabashi Ward, with very convenient transport. Getting around is easy, and a lively shopping street is within walking distance, making dining and shopping very convenient. Despite this, the area is quiet, offering a peaceful stay away from the crowds. The house is a typical Japanese two‑story detached home with plenty of space. The interior features a strong Japanese style and is clean and well maintained, providing an authentic and comfortable Japanese living experience. Overall, we had a great stay. It is ideal for families or groups and is highly recommended.
