We left two days early, having paid for 3 out of 5 nights. The manager was courteous and helpful, and the price was low for a reason. The homepage mentioned a shared kitchen, but the two shared bathrooms (for at least 8 people) were only noted on the next page, which I missed. The shared fridge was full and probably emptied intermittently; others took each other’s items. The stove was missing, leaving only a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. Shared cutlery was left dirty in the bin. The apartment was overcrowded, with bathrooms stocked with soaps and towels, and daily cleaning was lacking given the crowd. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The building is in a working‑class area with nighttime noise.

I stayed in a shared apartment with a communal bathroom that felt dated, and as soon as I entered, a strong smoke smell and other odors hit me.

I finally managed to get a room, but the reservation process felt unprofessional.

I literally ended up in someone’s apartment instead of a proper room.
