The staff were flawless, always ready to meet any extra need, and the breakfast was outstanding, diverse, and of top quality. However, the breakfast could start earlier, at 6 am, because many guests leave very early for work or pre‑arranged tours.

I enjoyed the cheese platter on the terrace, but the pool felt too small—almost a jacuzzi but without the jacuzzi features.

The staff’s service was impeccable and consistently friendly, the dining area was attentive, and the breakfast’s quality and variety were excellent; the location was also outstanding. Still, rooms should have air conditioning and more power outlets—there were only two, which was insufficient—and the walls need repainting, as they’re slightly scratched from travelers’ luggage.

The location is great, and the mattress is comfortable and spacious. The photos match a newly opened hotel, yet the time‑worn signs are visible. Cleaning could be more thorough. For the first time in Peru, we encountered reception staff who were not very helpful; we arrived at night and left early the next morning, and in both cases the service was not very cordial.
