How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very friendly, the location great, and the interior clean and tidy, making it a good place to stay; however, the building’s exterior looked grubby compared to the online photo, tired and depressed, and I almost left to find another place, glad I didn’t.

The reception was lovely, though the staff member needs a dentist; the shower rod was broken, so I couldn’t shower properly, and although the carpet isn’t too old, the dirty patches are off-putting—clean properly to remove soil, not just dirt.

The town was nice, but the hotel itself was terrible.

The building is ancient, yet the staff are lovely, and the pictures match reality exactly.
