How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A hearty breakfast that was excellent, a very friendly welcome, and staff who were always ready to give us every useful tip that helped us make the most of our short stay; the interior décor also left us delighted.

Heel gastvrij en warm welkom door Sebastian. Ruime kamer, gezellige inrichting en alles top verzorgd. Een heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijtje s’morgens. Een echte aanrader voor wie extra luxe wil !

We booked a room but received the entire apartment. Everything was meticulously cared for. Parking is on the private lot. Breakfast was well‑prepared. Relaxing on the rooftop terrace was delightful. The host was super friendly and provided plenty of information and tips about Perpignan. Nothing negative.

This private property is one of those hidden gems. The host was incredibly kind, made everything possible, and offered valuable tips. The huge, perfectly air‑conditioned apartment is available almost all the time—true hospitality! Because both owners are working, check‑in is usually very late, but after arriving on a Saturday we were welcomed before 3 p.m. The only potential issue is the normally late check‑in, which could be a problem for some.
