Lovely hotel, great location right by the trams, everything was good.
The room was exceptional—spacious, retro style, huge bed—and they welcomed pets. The only issue was the carpeting in the hallway on the upper floor, which was disappointing.

The staff were courteous, the breakfast solid, rooms functional, atmosphere pleasant, and it was close to a tram stop. However the hallway rugs weren't in great condition and the room service requires a pre‑booking at reception before 8 am for the following day, which can be easily forgotten.
Ideal for a business trip. The room amenities are typical for a net hotel, but everything is well kept and in the right place. Located just outside the old town, the hotel is well linked to public transport. Reception stays open late and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn’t spectacular but pretty good; there’s also a restaurant for lunch and dinner, though I didn’t get to try it. The hotel follows an eco‑friendly policy, so cleaning only happens on request, which I appreciated (I don’t think a solo traveler needs cleaning for stays under a week and I hate people moving my stuff). I didn’t put up a “do not disturb” sign as I usually do, but I noticed someone in my room when I stepped out. At first I thought they were just closing a window for the rain, which was fine. The second time they performed an unrequested “cleaning” (mostly moving my stuff) and touched my pajamas and underwear, which was gross and pointless since I was checking out the next day. After that I put up the sign, but when I left for a quick supermarket run on my checkout day, someone was still in the room even though I was gone for only 30 minutes with the sign on. That was not nice at all. It’s very annoying; aside from that creepy incident I liked the hotel, but I won’t stay again—this is simply unacceptable.
