The breakfast is very varied (fruits, yogurts) and the coffee is great. The bed construction is noticeable – the mattress is too small and simply not fitted.
The hotel is modern with spacious rooms.

Nothing good. Our experience was terrible. For a four‑star hotel, the cleanliness was completely unacceptable: stains on the floor and walls, a lot of limescale in the shower, ceiling stains that looked like mold, stains on the sheets, and a ashtray with used cigarettes on the balcony. We were shown three rooms, all with similar dirt problems. The room we finally accepted was only a little better. The worst part was the owner’s attitude: instead of trying to solve the issue, he treated us very unpleasantly and even called us “capricious” simply for asking for a clean room. We requested a refund, but he refused, so we are now filing a complaint through Booking. In our view, this hotel is far from deserving four stars. A very disappointing experience, especially considering the price paid and the conditions in which we were received.
The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was exquisite. The only downside was the distance to the historic center.

The room was spacious and very pretty, the breakfast was quite complete, the staff were welcoming, and the parking in front of the hotel was very convenient. The location is practical, about 15‑20 minutes from the center of Locorotondo. Nothing else to add.
