“In Summe wirklich gut”
Very, very good breakfast – definitely worth the money. My son liked the PS5, and it was also nice that the bathrobe could be “spun” (laundered). We checked out later. The reception was actively accommodating and upgraded our rooms. What I liked less: probably the fact that our room was once a smoking room. Every time we entered, we briefly smelled cold smoke until we quickly got used to it. The QR code on the hotel TV offered services that didn’t exist (e.g., shuttle bus), perhaps because of the off‑season or war risk. That should not be the case. The usual hotel room stains that cannot be cleaned anymore.
I loved the nice amenities and there were no negatives.

I had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to mention Aiperi and Suhail at the reception. They were incredibly kind, attentive and professional throughout my stay. They were always so welcoming and happy to help with anything I needed, and their lovely attitude genuinely made my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent service and such wonderful people — thank you both!

The service and rooms were perfect, just like the incredible service from reception and the staff. Nothing negative, it was overall perfect!
