I stayed two days at this hotel and it was truly beautiful, clean, quiet, and close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a bakery. The staff were polite and helpful; I told them about my late-night arrival. I would have liked a bit more attention to window cleaning so the city view was clear and unobstructed, and it would have been nice to have towels and socks for the bathroom.

The reception staff are outstanding and creative. In the rooms with balconies that offer a full view, the insulation is somewhat weak and you can hear car noises even with the windows closed; the curtains are old and do not block sunlight or light.
