The cleaning lady was kind and helpful—big thumbs up for her—but my room had no view, only air‑conditioners, and the shower hose kept falling off the wall; hardly anyone was reachable, the place wasn’t very clean, the stairs were stiff, the mattress sagged, there was no queen‑size bed, and it was very noisy.

The central location and the option to leave luggage after checkout were great, and the renovated rooms were clean except for the doors; the doors were a bit dated (the bathroom handle came loose), soundproofing was poor, and the bathrooms were also a bit old but clean.

The manager was very accommodating and helped us with the suitcase because it was on the third floor and there were no stairs; the room was very spacious and comfortable, though we had to carry the luggage up the stairs.
