The manager, Theodor, and his team showed exceptional consideration and hospitality. The flooding in Crete had caused some issues with the property, so we arrived a day late, but everything was handled smoothly and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay with a perfect view of the Venetian Harbour from the balcony.

The harbour‑front location is great, the suite is impeccably clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were brilliant, fixing minor issues and helping us with luggage up the stairs. The restaurant recommendations were also very good, so I can recommend this place without hesitation. The only minor hiccup was the Wi‑Fi router flashing for several hours one night, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

The rooms were fresh and clean, the location was lovely, and shopping and restaurants were close by. Unfortunately, only cold water was available in the shower.

The location is superb, right on the harbor with a nearby paid parking spot and the old town. The staff on site were very friendly. Suite 102 was very comfortable and had its own private area/pool. Unfortunately, there was no cutlery or plates until we asked for them. The steep stairs to the suites, as noted by previous guests, are a problem (protected monument). The elevator doesn’t work.
