The online rate differed from what they charged on arrival, and they added extra fees; the AC never turned on, and they claimed the AC was only for the name 3 Rd class system.

The hotel owner demanded 900/-, telling me my OYO booking was not accepted, then added another 300/-, so I paid 1200/-.
