The bed was fine, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. Getting there, however, felt like a scavenger hunt – no signs, a 10th‑floor walk‑up on a street that doesn’t show up on any map, and the staff only ever replied to messages, never meeting us in person. Inside, the common area doubled as a dorm with noisy gamers, the place was pretty dirty, and the only redeeming feature was the pool, which they overcharged for. I’d look for somewhere else.

The manager was genuinely friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed directions or advice. Communication was clear and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything run smoothly. I’d gladly stay again.

Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired – it was cramped and not well‑maintained. Overall, the good service couldn’t fully make up for the bathroom issues.

The spot itself is in a great location, but we were left stranded when the reservation was cancelled just a few hours before our arrival, and the alternative they offered was far from suitable for a family trip. We arrived unaware of the cancellation, got no real assistance, and were never told why the booking was pulled. It turned a smooth travel day into a stressful scramble.

The neighborhood is modern and convenient, with a mall, subway stop nearby, and the Wi‑Fi was fast. Unfortunately the building feels more like a long‑term dorm than a hostel – the smell is a mix of sweat and kitchen fumes, the common areas are dirty, there’s no toilet paper, towels or toiletries, and the kitchen and laundry rooms are a mess. On top of that, police sometimes show up to check passports, which adds an uneasy vibe.
