“The stay was ok.”
The piol was a positive, but walking into my room revealed curtains hanging off the rod. When we asked to fix it, the staff seemed bothered and we saw more frowns than smiles.

An extra mirror in the room would be helpful.

The location suited my needs, and the hotel felt modern and I liked the coffee shop. The AC in the room was too loud and the beds were a little too worn out.

The room was relatively clean and the staff were really friendly. However, the “king” sized bed was actually a queen size, the doorway to the neighbor’s room was right next to the bed so I could hear the neighbor burp and fart all night, and the HVAC cycles on and off; whenever the fan turned off I would wake up and the room would become hot before the HVAC cycled back on.

The place was clean and in a good spot, but there was no coffee before 6am except the K‑Cup maker in the room. Breakfast took 25 minutes for mediocre eggs, frozen potato cubes and very, very thin bacon; it was included with the room but the food overall was not great and overpriced. Other chains offer many more options for food and coffee 24/7. I walked into the lobby at 5:30 and a male staff member was curled up on the couch watching videos on his phone—very unprofessional, like a Motel 6, not a Marriott. This was my second disappointing Marriott Courtyard stay in a year; the other one was in Ogden. I won’t book a Courtyard again if I can avoid it.
