Staff agréable Bon rapport qualité prix Bon emplacement à 5min à tuktuk du centre. Eau froide (mais pas glacé donc ok)

The staff were friendly and the price/quality ratio was good. The bed linen is not changed daily.

The room and bathroom are spacious, but they needed a deep clean. The receptionist spent a while “fixing” the sink drain and it still leaked. Even though the photos show it, we had to ask several times for the kettle and cups, and on the third time we had to bring them up and down ourselves. The room is on the fifth floor without an elevator, and both the pool and the semi‑broken wooden chairs around it need renovation.

The area is quiet and the staff are genuinely helpful, and they even support local youth. The showers were cold, unless I had chosen otherwise.
