Best Western PLUS Chemainus Inn

“Best Western provided a comfortable place to stay to see the interesting town of Chemainus.”

A hot breakfast buffet was offered, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was a very short drive or a 20‑minute walk from the historic downtown with its murals that we came to see; we also enjoyed a good evening meal at the golf‑course pub across the road. A location even closer to downtown would be better.

“A great welcome at Chemainus Best Western”

The staff were very welcoming, and even though the hotel was busy they accommodated my late checkout request, which helped with my jet lag; my room also had a kitchen, so anyone planning a few days would have good facilities. I liked the breakfast, which included quiche and muffins, but the air‑con was effective yet quite noisy, so I switched it off when I went to sleep.

It was clean and had everything we needed, and the whole experience of why we were there was fantastic; it also gave us a good reason to stop on our journey to Victoria.

“Toller Aufenthalt”

Breakfast, cozy beds and friendly staff, but the hot tub was unfortunately out of order.

“Hotel and staff were amazing, hopefully closed sawmill cleans up the view in the future.”

Very friendly and helpful staff; you can walk to town on a path, and the pool is great as well, but there are no food options nearby and the back of the hotel is an abandoned industrial zone.
