While the hotel's central location and friendly staff were definite positives, my stay was marred by a number of issues. The smell of smoke was pervasive, and the constant noise from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the water supply was faulty, and I barely slept due to the commotion. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Although the hotel management was kind enough to refund my money, my overall experience was marred by the poor maintenance and cleanliness of the establishment. We encountered issues with the water supply in the shower, and the photos didn't accurately represent the actual condition of the rooms. Unfortunately, this led to us cutting our 7-day stay short after just one day.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. While the staff were friendly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling, with stains on the bed that looked like blood, brown water, and a tap that wouldn't turn off. I'm also convinced that I had bed bugs, which is why I left as soon as I could. To add insult to injury, I didn't even get a refund.

I'm torn between praising the excellent staff at this hotel and criticizing the poor cleanliness. While the staff were the best part of my stay, the property fell short of its listed standards in terms of cleanliness. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't deliver.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including a lack of towels in one of the rooms and a six-hour wait for them to arrive. The breakfast was also a letdown, with cold food on one occasion and no staff available to serve it on another. It was clear that the hotel was struggling to provide even the most basic services.
