The dining area was good, drinks at the bar were fine, and the staff and design were solid, with a variety of spaces. The central air‑conditioning system had been replaced before we arrived, yet it was unbearably hot with no way to cool down; opening the window at night let in smoke from a neighbor. If you suffer from heat like me and need air‑conditioning, note this. Another issue was the limited food between meals—there was a 23:30 late‑night meal, but it turned out to be just a few small sandwiches at the bar, and by 23:40 everything was gone, leaving me hungry. The spa area was neglected, full of dust, with a path that seemed to be just standing water with stones, mosquitoes, and no heating or cooling; no jacuzzi. During the evening show, children playing near the singer caused noise and the hotel did nothing. If these problems don’t matter to you, it’s a fine hotel.
