The place had everything: shampoos, creams, towels, cleaning supplies, a full kitchen, and it felt cozy and warm. They even left a European plug adapter. The only downside was that the listing didn’t clearly state it was a shared flat; the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas are shared, and it’s unclear exactly when other guests are in the building.

The location is superb and the balcony view is great. We never felt cold because the heating stayed on the whole time, and the towel warmer worked too. The room was spotless, dust-free, and the sheets smelled nice. Tea, coffee, and a variety of towels (one large, one medium, one small) were provided, along with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. The bedside lamp didn’t work, and the door to our room from the common area wouldn’t stay closed unless we locked it—its handle was almost broken—so we blocked the entrance with the floor lamp. Luckily, no one else was staying in the other rooms, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The staff replied quickly to inquiries and gave detailed information about the New Year fireworks. The kitchen equipment and bedroom storage were well supplied. The room was cold, so I had to layer a jacket over the duvet to stay warm at night.
