“Friendly and welcoming.”

The place was spotless, and Rachel was always nearby but never overbearing. It sits just a ten‑minute walk from Skegness town centre, and even though the road is fairly busy, we didn't notice any traffic noise. Nothing to complain about.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. I could hear the room below me talking outside my bedroom for two hours straight, which kept me from sleeping.
