Great location. The room is spacious enough. Breakfast is included, but I wouldn’t say it’s very tasty—porridge, jam, pudding, slices, tea, juices. There are many cafés nearby where breakfast would be much more enjoyable. The rooms are a bit worn, but not unpleasant. The windows look out onto a very narrow street—though that does give it some character.

The location is great, right at the Old Town entrance and close to everything. The staff were very attentive, the facility was clean and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower cabin, which seemed a bit rundown. Otherwise everything was lovely.

The breakfast at Pera Hotel Baku was a highlight. Served in a cozy inner courtyard, it feels like a comforting, fresh, home‑cooked meal rather than a generic hotel buffet. The spread includes delicious made‑to‑order eggs, fresh local Azerbaijani cheeses, tasty pastries, and incredible homemade jams. The kitchen staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming, ensuring everything is freshly replenished. It is a hearty, delicious morning start that perfectly fuels a day of sightseeing!

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, great value for money. The furnishings are a bit older, and the cushions were rather uncomfortable.

The location is super convenient, in the old town, not far from the entrance, and there aren’t many stairs. The seafront boulevard is also close. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very generous.
