I was surprised by how clean the place was, even cleaner than I expected, and it’s close to a live house. The toilet and shower were easy to use. The only downside was the creaky sound when the person upstairs moved—probably because they were turning over in bed. They had earplugs available, so I felt they had taken measures.

１）駅から近い。傘無しでもいける距離。 ２）繁華街の中（ディメリットでもある）であり、飲食店の選択肢が豊富である。. １）真向かいに始発まで営業する居酒屋がある。営業終了時に、店を出た複数の客が、早朝から騒いでいて、安眠を妨害された。チェックアウトしたら、酒の空き缶が周辺に放置されていた。 ２）シャワーブースと脱衣所、トイレ、全てが狭すぎる。宿泊価格に対して、個室（ROOM2）も狭すぎる。 ３）キッチンはあるものの、道具の手入れが行き届いていない。包丁の刃はボロボロで使い物にならなかった。 ４）共有スペースにある地上波のリモコンは電池切れ状態であった。ちゃんとチェックしているのか。 ５）スタッフが常駐していない。かつ、緊急連絡先（電話番号）も開示されていない。電子錠のパスワードがわからず、入店できない宿泊客が立ち往生していた。もちろん緊急時の避難誘導はできない。オーナーが外国人らしいが、これで簡易宿所の営業許可が得られているのは疑問である。

The price is cheap. The duvet is too small to cover the whole body. The upper bunk (A101) creaks whenever I shift positions, and I feel bad for the person below. The air‑conditioner was set to 22°C, which was too cold; I had to raise it to 25°C, but it somehow reverted to 22°C, making me wake up in the middle of the night. The guest mix is terrible. I usually stay in dorms, but this was the worst crowd I’ve seen. I tried to greet people in the common lounge, but they ignored me—twice with different people. I thought greeting was a courtesy in dorms, but maybe Tokyo is different. If it’s risky to leave luggage, I’d use a coin locker at the station. I was scared, so I left my backpack on the bed. The price was a sale at 2300 yen, which is pretty cheap compared to a cyber café. I think the low price attracts a bad crowd, so a dorm in the 3000‑yen range might be better. It was a learning experience.
