The wrong location, no breakfast at all even though it was supposedly included, they said there was no kitchen, one room’s AC wasn’t working, rooms were very small and compact—waste of money.

Bad location, they didn’t open the gates at night and the staff behaved rudely; overall the property was below average.

The hotel’s services were terrible; rooms weren’t cleaned daily, the bed‑sheets were dirty, and cockroaches were roaming around.

Customer support was very poor and didn’t respond as expected.
