I was probably the only guest that evening; when I arrived, nobody was at the front desk, so I walked in circles until someone finally attended me, and the same thing happened when I checked out—no one was there even though I had an early flight, so I had to leave the key in the office and go.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, and they supplied items that the listing claimed would be available only upon request. We booked a suite that was supposed to open onto the pool area, but upon arrival it was already booked, so we were moved to a suite on the 5th floor, which was fine but lacked the promised kitchenette—no cooker, toaster, plates or cutlery—though the staff handed us plates when we asked. The pool itself was not great; the water looked a bit murky, and the staff admitted there was a problem at the time, so we couldn’t use it.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the pool was green when we arrived and unusable that day; they added a lot of chemicals to clear it for the next day, which made me uneasy. The photos showed about 8 sunbeds, yet we only found 3, and only 2 had cushions.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia, personale gentilissimo, mi sono sentita a casa, ho soggiornato qui dieci giorni e mi sono sentita accolta e sia con i proprietari che con lo staff mi sono sentita come in una famiglia.
