How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Our stay was great; we stayed in the exclusive suite, had a full kitchen, a comfy room, and an outdoor area with a wonderful hot tub – definitely would come back. The shower was bad, the water didn’t heat up and was chilly, the detergent container only had water, making it hard to wash dishes, and I missed the coffee maker that was shown in the photos.

The location was good, but there were a lot of cockroaches under the bed and the place was quite dirty.

The shower and other facilities were great, and the person who greeted us handled everything with helpful guidance.

Nothing at all – they confirmed the reservation, but when I arrived I wasn’t attended to; I waited 1 hour at the gate and nobody appeared.

The breakfast, pool, location, and room were all good, but it was very noisy at night.
