Местоположение, бассейн ,персонал, . Уборка номера, пыль вообще не вытералась, после просьбы вытерли поверхностно, тапочки и халат вообще не предоставили. При бронировании указывалось что будет доступ в Soluna beach, я написала испросила предоставляется ли трансвер, мне ответили что да. По факту трансвера не было и доступ был только один раз
