“Never again”

location. Everything else was very disappointing. The room was dirty and very loud at night because it was located next to the shared bathrooms and the kitchen window. Although I had a private bathroom, it was also very dirty. The room was extremely hot and difficult to sleep in. There were two windows facing a courtyard that smelled strongly of sewage. Keeping the windows open made the room smell, and mosquitoes would fly inside. However, keeping the windows closed turned the room into a hot box, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to buy Raid because of the mosquitoes. After I sprayed it, a large number of silverfish started crawling out from the corners of the room. The shower was clogged, and the walls were extremely dirty as well. However, what I found most concerning was the email I received during my stay, which said: “If you enjoyed your stay, we kindly ask you to leave us a positive review. That would mean a lot to us. But if you're considering a negative review, for example level 4 or less on Airbnb, and level 8 or less on Booking, this could result in penalties from the platforms :( We would greatly appreciate it if you would instead send us a private message with your comments, which will certainly be taken into account so that we can improve our services in the future. Once again, thank you very much for your reservation and for being such a thoughtful guest.” I do not think it is fair to ask guests to send negative feedback privately or to suggest that leaving a review below a certain rating could result in penalties for the property. Guests should be able to leave an honest and independent review based on their actual experience. Unfortunately, based on the cleanliness, noise, heat, sewage smell, mosquitoes, insects, clogged shower, and the condition of the bathroom and walls, my experience was very disappointing

The location is very good and access to the property is easy, but the listing mentioned a iron that wasn’t in the room, and the bathroom light is on a photocell that often goes out.
