The next day they opened the room, violating privacy, touched it and opened it quickly without waiting for a response, at 9 am while check‑out is at 12 pm. I hope they reinforce the protocol and also keep an updated list of vacant rooms.

The hotel’s location was fine, yet the water pressure was so low that washing up was a hassle, the bathroom had no window making it stuffy, the room lighting was dim, and the strong perfume scent lingered because there was no window to disperse it.

The staff are very attentive and helpful. The bed is small for two people, only two pillows are provided, and the bathroom curtain is a bit short, letting water escape.
