The place was spotless and easy to locate, and it sits right next to a handful of coffee shops and restaurants, which was handy. It’s a little farther out from downtown Vancouver, but the transit options made the commute straightforward. All in all, a tidy spot that didn’t cost me a trek into the city center.

I liked everything about this rental – the location was spot‑on, the vibe welcoming, and the whole thing was clean and well‑equipped. The Wi‑Fi held up, the garden and outdoor area were pleasant, and all the usual comforts were there. Honestly, I can’t think of any downside.

The host left a nice little snack stash—fresh bananas, cereal, and the like—and the guide for every appliance was right on the wall, which made things easy. The room itself was comfortable, but I could hear a bit of noise coming from upstairs at night. Still, the thoughtful touches outweighed the occasional clatter.

Set in a quiet family‑friendly neighborhood, the suite was easy to reach and stayed well‑lit after dark, plus there’s a charming garden out back. The kitchen had a microwave, Instapot, crockpot, egg cooker, kettle, and a couple of coffee makers, but I was surprised to find no toaster at all. It’s a pleasant spot if you can live without that one missing appliance.

“Overall it was perfect for my needs!😊”

The house was a good size, set in a nice area with a pretty yard and plenty of parking, and they even offered a simple breakfast option. Unfortunately, the carpet looked stained, the tiles above the sink were dirty, and the shower tub had a musty smell and some discoloration. The positives are solid, but the cleanliness issues need attention.
