It’s very close to the new town bus station, supermarkets are less than 1 km away, the staff are friendly, you can leave your luggage after checkout, a large towel and a small water bottle are provided, scooters and bikes can be rented on site, and it’s convenient for getting to Ramkhamhaeng National Park (about ten km from the Sukhothai historic site); there are small restaurants within 100 m, and to reach the historic site you can take a songthaew to the airport or a bus to Tak.

The hotel sits close to the bus station, handy for travelers heading around the region, and it’s a pass‑through spot. However, it’s a 15‑minute drive from the historic center, the facilities are basic, the beds are just okay with springs that you can feel and hear with every move, and the bathrooms feel like a campsite.

The location is great, just beside the bus station. The only downside was that flushing the toilet in Room B3 was a hassle – I had to flush three times and it still wouldn’t go.

The place was comfy and good value, even had a terrace on the top floor and you could rent a bike to head to the temples. The shower made the whole bathroom wet, but it wasn’t a huge issue.
