“Loved our stay, would fully recommend”
The place was amazing—a beautiful island with great restaurants and amenities, and the staff were really kind and helpful with every request. We loved the shark snorkeling, and the room itself was fantastic, featuring a private pool and beach access. The only downside was that prices for excursions and food are quite expensive, though that might be expected for this type of hotel.
Our stay at this resort was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standard of hospitality expected in the Maldives. We faced a delayed check‑in because we had to wait for other guests to arrive, which was unacceptable after a long journey. This was my first time in the Maldives where restaurant reservations were required just to get a table, and resort guests should have ready availability. The spa was fully unavailable throughout our stay and only opened on our last day. When we asked for a late check‑out, they demanded $550 for just three hours (from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM) despite us having informed them our flight was at 7:00 PM. We were supposed to check out at 12:00 PM, but we couldn’t get our boarding passes at that time, so our luggage had to be stored for an extra $42, plus we paid $202 at the bound/lounge. Housekeeping services were below par, the food was poor in quality and excessively overpriced. The only bright spot was the outstanding service from three staff members—Shifa, Luna, and Aria—who truly deserve recognition. I strongly do not recommend this resort; the service relative to the price is completely unfair and lacks the essential warmth of Maldivian hospitality.
The product is luxurious and comfortable, with all the facilities for relaxation and comfort, and the staff are very cooperative and helpful. The prices are excessive.

The modernity, service, especially the airport welcome by Mohamed, the rooms, bedding, and cleanliness were all excellent. It’s a bit too close to Malé, even though the lagoon is very beautiful, and there’s no house reef for snorkeling at the hotel. The nightly rate offers good value, but the cost of meals and on‑site activities is excessive, and it’s a shame that prices are advertised only excluding tax, with additional taxes of about 30%.
