“Very cozy and value for money, we enjoyed our stay!”

The staff, manager, and wine‑tasting facilitator were all handled by one person, and that person did a great job. The place felt very personal, and we enjoyed a superb meal featuring some of the best tomatoes we’ve tasted. We also took part in a wine tasting, which was interesting. During meals, expect to be startled by energetic cats. There was a faint sewer smell in the bathroom, and we recommend changing the room lighting because it was too bright.

“Wonderful three days”

Orlis, the host, was fantastic. He was attentive and always ready to answer questions, and the other staff were also very friendly. We selected the breakfast and dinner plan with our room, and the food was wonderful. The building and upper balcony offered magnificent views over the valley and distant snow‑capped mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our three‑day stay, and nothing was lacking.

The host was the best ever; the night was fantastic, filled with plenty of food, drinks, and laughter with the owner of the Kardanakhi estate, who guided us around and poured us amazing wine.

The building is huge, and the rooms and overall design feel very story‑told, with many different dining areas. On our first night we ate on the balcony, which was very pleasant. Service was truly excellent! Olesmaha confirmed the check‑in time ahead of time, prepared everything, helped us with our luggage, and guided us through the building details, including where to get hot water. We wanted dinner at the hotel, so Olesmaha sent us the menu via WhatsApp in advance and started preparing it as we approached, so we could enjoy dinner immediately. Speaking of dinner, I think this was the best meal I’ve had in Georgia! We ordered the walnut‑pulp beetroot‑eggplant starter, which was special, plus pan‑fried fish and stewed beef, very suitable for Chinese palates—no salt! The fish also came with roasted vegetables, which was delicious.

It was the best vacation ever; the service is beyond words (special thanks to Olesy for incredible hospitality), the kitchen is exceptional (thanks a lot to Nina), the wines are top class, among the best in Kakheti, and we will definitely come back.
